Se lancer dans un projet photographique personnel n'est pas toujours simple. Pour moi, cela a commencé de manière intuitive, en capturant des images lors de mes trajets quotidiens vers l'école de photographie à Vevey. Ces photos, parfois banales, parfois plus élaborées, m'ont progressivement permis de comprendre que ce rituel de marche quotidienne évoquait en réalité ma relation fusionnelle avec ma mère. En grandissant, la peur de m'éloigner d'elle, ainsi que le confort et l'emprisonnement de mon enfance, ont marqué mon rapport à ces images. Ma mère, ayant perdu son époux pendant sa grossesse, a traversé un traumatisme qui nous a liés de façon intense et presque irréelle, un lien que j'ai toujours ressenti comme inébranlable.

Mon travail photographique, que je nomme *Cousue ensemble*, raconte cette relation mère-fille à travers des portraits, paysages et objets symboliques. J'utilise la lumière et le flou pour exprimer ce lien inexplicable et invisible, m'inspirant du travail d'Alessandra Sanguinetti et Charlotte Mano. À travers ce processus, je tente de décortiquer et de comprendre les métaphores et symboles présents dans mes images. Ce projet se veut une exploration visuelle de la complexité de cette relation, un témoignage de notre histoire, et je l'envisage sous forme d'une petite publication mêlant textes et images, intime et poétique.

Embarking on a personal photography project is not always easy. For me, it started intuitively, capturing images during my daily commutes to the photography school in Vevey. These photos, sometimes ordinary, sometimes more elaborate, gradually helped me understand that this ritualistic walk symbolized my deep, almost inseparable bond with my mother. Growing up, my fear of being apart from her, coupled with the comfort and confinement of my childhood, shaped my relationship with these images. My mother, who lost her husband while pregnant, went through a trauma that connected us in an intense, almost surreal way—a bond I have always felt as unbreakable.

My photographic work, *Sewn Together*, tells the story of this mother-daughter relationship through portraits, landscapes, and symbolic objects. I use light and blur to express this inexplicable and invisible connection, drawing inspiration from the works of Alessandra Sanguinetti and Charlotte Mano. Through this process, I attempt to dissect and understand the metaphors and symbols present in my images. This project is a visual exploration of the complexity of our relationship, a testament to our story, which I envision as a small, intimate publication combining texts and images, both poetic and personal.
